60-day satisfaction guarantee
If, within the first 60 days of becoming a Closer VA client, you decide we're not delivering measurable value, email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request.” We'll refund the unused portion of the most recent billing period, no questions asked.
VA swap before refund
Before issuing a refund, we'll offer to re-pair you with a different VA at no additional cost. The 60-day window pauses during the re-pairing period (typically 3–5 business days). If the second VA is still not a fit, your refund applies in full.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 7 days' notice via email. The current month's fee is not refundable past the cancellation notice, but we do not charge for the following month.
6-month prepay
6-month prepay clients (which receive a 10% discount) may cancel mid-term. We refund the unused months at the original full-rate price — not the discounted rate. For example: a client who paid $3,773 for 6 months of Growth ($699 × 6 × 0.9) and cancels after 3 months receives a refund of $3,773 − ($699 × 3) = $1,676.
Annual prepay
Annual prepay clients (which receive a 15% discount) may cancel mid-term under the same rule: unused months refunded at original full-rate, not discounted rate.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
What we don't refund
Work that has already been performed in good faith for an in-progress month is not refundable. Specifically: a month that has been served by your VA cannot be retroactively unbilled.
