When you contact us via the website form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone and company, the tier you express interest in, and the message you send. When you become a client, we may additionally collect business and billing information necessary to deliver our service.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the VA service you contracted for, send transactional emails (for example, billing receipts), and — only with your separate opt-in — periodic updates about the business.
