No. Every tier is month-to-month with zero onboarding fees, zero contracts, and no annual lock-in unless you choose annual prepay (-15%) for the savings.
Yes, anytime. Tier changes are prorated to the day — upgrade mid-month and you pay the difference for the remaining days, downgrade and the credit applies to the next cycle.
Stripe (credit/debit), ACH for US clients, and wire for non-US clients on annual plans. Annual prepay accounts can also pay by international bank transfer.
Up to 10% of your monthly allotment rolls into the following month. Beyond that, hours expire — you're paying for capacity, not a hour-bank.
Within the first 60 days, if you're not satisfied for any reason, we refund the unused portion of your subscription — no questions, no negotiation, no clawback of work delivered.
One pause per 6-month window, up to 30 days, no fee. Useful for slow seasons or vacation. Beyond that, cancel (no penalty) and re-onboard when you're ready.
